Jamie Colby

Colby is a National News Correspondent, and anchor for Fox News. He has been employed by the company since July 2003. Before the move to FOX News Channel, Colby worked as a correspondent at CNN and served as an anchor and reporter for CBS News as well as a fill-in anchor of CBS' Up to the Minute. She was also an anchor for WPIX/WB-11 New York, a reporter at WNYW FOX 5 New York, and a correspondent/co-anchor on FOX News' WebMD TV. Colby is an attorney licensed to legally practice within New York, California, Florida and The District of Columbia. Colby has been awarded such awards like the Edward R. Murrow National Award in 2002 for her coverage of the September 11 attacks, the Gracie Award for investigative reporting in 2000, and in 2000, the Clarion Award from the Association for Women in Communications. Television Week named her "Rising News Actor to Be Watching". In addition to her journalistic career, Colby, an attorney, served in private practice for ten years. The law practice she was practicing began with a Hollywood entertainment firm, which assigned her as a reporter for The Tonight Show. Colby was a co-host with Johnny Carson at the age of 22 during both his contract renewal as well as divorce from NBC. Colby is the host and reporter for Strange Inheritance, a show on Fox Business, covering quirky or surprising legacy left behind by friends or family members. Jamie Jamie Jamie
